At olpr., we take pride in our handcrafted leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unused, non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the unused leather goods in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or damage during transit.

  Ship to olpr.

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
